Spent an interesting morning At the Carriage and Wagon Works at Winchcombe this morning. The purpose of the visit was to look at 2 old phone boxes, one of which is destined for Broadway. They were not in bad condition - just wanted some TLC. It was decided to carry this work out with a 2 man team, probably on a Wednesday.
What was encouraging was chatting to some of the C & W lads, picking their brains and generally getting a feeling of camaraderie. Thanks to all who took time out to talk to us!
