What a turn out - 12 volunteers, plus Richard from Fairview aiming to complete the remaining wall and lay slabs as far as possible. It really was a well energised team, and full of good humour! Here is the resultant platform along its 160ft length. There are 9 more slabs to go to complete this 200 ft section. Backfilling will commence in the next week or so.Dave B Gordon and self undertook some more surveying work on the proposed Platform 1A. Thanks to the followers who gave useful comments and observations on my last report. It's a complicated issue and I will cover it in greater depth in a subsequent item.
