With licence on the actual year, the platform looks as thought it has always been there! 98% of the bricks used in the rebuild were reclaimed from the Broadway site, so some of those bricks you see in the top picture may be in the bottom picture. Looking at the older picture, is the platform made of different bricks at the right hand side of the picture, it looks to me like it is possibly of wood construction under the slabs on the edge.
