I was away this weekend and the construction team were stood down for a well earned rest. Nevertheless site work continued, with a late spring clean of the cabins and more hoein' and mowin' on the embankments.
Peter H our roving reporter filed the following report:
As the construction team were playing away this weekend Ray & I took the opportunity to spring clean the mess cabin and the tool cabin. I also moved all the surplus wood from the track to safe storage in the tool cabin. Ray also put in another layer for the pipes etc. All looks very smart now . Ray also labelled all the keys and has hung them on the notice board. All very neat and tidy now.
Dave B did some more clearance work on the driveway, also very smart now and had a good bonfire with the stuff he has removed. Steve B came in about lunchtime and sorted on some blue & red bricks for Wednesday. Andy as usual was busy in the car park area, he has done great job down there.
