Not me(I hope!) but work carried out by Alan and Gordon to establish the levels around the proposed Broadway platform area. Alan's description of the work as follows:-
".....The pegs are on a straight line as an alignment aid for when the old platform foundations are dug out and we just have a long big hole! The pegs are 8m from the edge of the platform foundations. There may be a slight curve in the old platform as the foundations are not quite in a straight line (but the pegs are) - but could just be uneven. Bottom line is that if we want a longer (8 coach) platform then we will probably have to curve the platform to conform with the slight curvature of the overall alignment in the section. ...."
