The elusive water pipe has been completely exposed now ready for a junction and stop valve to be connected by the GWR plumber. Pete the Pick continued with widening the hole to build a brick inspection pit and cover. A new pipe will then be run into the Station area to provide water services. The sinking of the new pipe awaits the services of a mini digger(rest easy Peter!)
The Gap in the fence adjacent to the drive has been neatly filled in now, but highlights the sad state of the iron railings along side. Next job I think!
